Ultra Purge C1420 is a concentrated and highly efficient purging compound suitable for a variety of plastic processing applications such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and sheet extrusion. This cleaning concentrate is free of abrasives and is formulated with highly efficient cleaning additives.

To use Ultra Purge C1420, it needs to be mixed with 2 parts of unfilled virgin resin with a mixing ratio of 1:2 (1 part Ultra Purge and 2 parts unfilled virgin resin) before usage. The cleaning compound can be utilized for cleaning screw, barrel, nozzle, hot-runner, and gate of injection molding machines processing thermoplastic resins. It can be used at processing temperatures ranging from 160°C (320°F) to 350°C (662°F).

One of the most significant advantages of Ultra Purge C1420 is its rapid cleaning effect and high efficiency.
